This policy explains how ICM Communication PLC ("ICM", "we") handles information in Sule Studio Poster, the internal publishing tool we use to schedule and publish social-media posts for our own brands and our affiliated brands: ICM Communication, Felek, Savannah Printing Press, Gugut Montessori and the Gugut Montessori Immersion Center (GMIC).
Who uses the tool
The tool is used only by ICM staff to publish content to social-media accounts that ICM and its affiliated brands own and manage. It is not offered to the public and does not create accounts for, or collect data from, members of the public.
What information we process
- Access tokens issued by TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn and Telegram when an authorised staff member connects one of our brand accounts.
- Basic account information returned by those platforms for our own brand accounts, such as the account ID (e.g. TikTok open_id), display name and the privacy options available for posting.
- Post results such as post or publish IDs and status, so we know what was published.
- Our own content: images and captions created by our team.
We do not collect information about people who view, like or comment on our posts, and we do not use the platforms' data for advertising or profiling.
How we use it
Only to publish and schedule posts on our own brand accounts, check whether a post succeeded, and keep basic records of what was posted.
Storage and security
Tokens are stored in a private configuration file on a company computer and are never shared. Images we publish are stored temporarily on our own web storage (media.gugutmic.com) so that platforms can fetch them.
Sharing
We do not sell or share this information. Data is sent only to the platform where a post is being published.
Retention and deletion
Tokens are kept only while a brand account remains connected and are deleted when it is disconnected. You can revoke the tool's access at any time from the platform's own settings (for TikTok: Settings → Security → Manage app permissions). To ask us to delete any data, email info@impactcm.com.
