These terms cover Sule Studio Poster, an internal tool operated by ICM Communication PLC ("ICM") to publish social-media content for ICM and its affiliated brands (Felek, Savannah Printing Press, Gugut Montessori and GMIC).

1. Who may use it

Only authorised ICM staff, for brand accounts that ICM or its affiliated brands own or manage. The tool is not offered to the public.

2. Connected accounts

Accounts are connected only by their owners through each platform's official authorisation screen. Access can be revoked at any time in the platform's settings.

3. Content

All content is created by our team. We are responsible for what we publish and follow the terms and community guidelines of each platform, including the TikTok Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Developer Terms.

4. Availability

The tool is provided as-is for internal use. Posts may be delayed or fail if a platform is unavailable.
